Raymond Limited reported a robust performance for the quarter, with total income rising 17.8% year-on-year to ₹580 crore. EBITDA for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹83 crore, translating into a margin of 14.3%, an improvement of around 100 basis points over the same period last year. The strong showing was led by sustained momentum in the Aerospace & Defence and Precision Technology & Auto Components segments, reflecting the growing integration of Indian manufacturing capabilities into global high-technology supply chains.
Demand from international OEMs and Tier-1 customers continues to remain healthy, supported by the increasing shift of domestic suppliers towards the production of complex, high-precision components. This trend has resulted in a strong order pipeline, particularly for export-oriented partners. While operating performance remained resilient, EBITDA margins during the quarter were impacted by a decline in non-operating income.
Commenting on the results, Gautam Hari Singhania, Chairman & Managing Director, Raymond Limited, said that despite an increasingly competitive environment, the company’s Aerospace, Defence, and Precision Technology businesses achieved record quarterly sales. He added that Raymond remains focused on high-value growth opportunities in sectors with strong entry barriers, and that the next phase of growth will centre on scaling operations to address rising global demand and improve shareholder value.
The Aerospace & Defence segment recorded revenue of ₹105 crore in Q3 FY26, marking a 48.9% increase over ₹70 crore in Q3 FY25. EBITDA rose 39.4% to ₹19 crore, with margins at 18.6%. The slight moderation in margins was due to accelerated investments in new product launches. For the nine-month period, the segment posted revenue of ₹273 crore, up 33.6% year-on-year, with EBITDA increasing to ₹57 crore and margins remaining stable at 20.9%. Growth was driven by higher production requirements from a leading aerospace OEM and an expanded product portfolio. The demand environment remains favourable, supported by rising RFQs and discussions with global partners, although near-term schedules are being influenced by trade-related disruptions linked to US tariff actions.
The Precision Technology & Auto Components segment delivered revenue of ₹417 crore in Q3 FY26, reflecting a 14.9% year-on-year increase. EBITDA rose sharply by 50.6% to ₹57 crore, aided by higher volumes and operating leverage, resulting in margin expansion to 13.7%. For the nine-month period, revenue reached ₹1,225 crore, up 12.2%, while EBITDA increased 37.8% to ₹156 crore. Margins improved to 12.7%, supported by favourable product mix, scale benefits, and a one-time gain of approximately ₹13 crore from a land sale in Q2 FY26.
Raymond Limited continues to pursue expansion across new geographies and industrial sectors, supported by the China-plus-one strategy, operational synergies, and disciplined execution. The company remains net-debt free, with a net cash surplus of ₹214 crore.
