Jyoti CNC Automation Limited, one of India’s largest CNC machine tool manufacturers, will exhibit at IMTS 2026, the International Manufacturing Technology Show, running September 14–19 at McCormick Place in Chicago, under a joint “Jyoti-Huron Pavilion” in the South Building shared with its French subsidiary, Huron Graffenstaden. Organised by AMT (The Association For Manufacturing Technology), IMTS is the largest manufacturing technology event in the Americas, spanning more than 1.2 million square feet with upward of 2,000 exhibitors and an expected 90,000 visitors across the six-day run.

The Rajkot-based machine tool maker Jyoti CNC Automation returns to the world’s largest manufacturing technology show as it leans harder into aerospace, defence and export growth. Billed under the theme “Hello Chicago — Experience Town of Technology,” the pavilion will carry the two companies’ combined line-up of turning and turn-mill centres, vertical and horizontal machining centres, 5-axis machines and multi-tasking systems — pairing Jyoti’s Indian manufacturing scale with Huron’s European 5-axis pedigree on one stand.

The show marks a return for Jyoti, which has previously held a “Jyoti Pavilion” at IMTS, including at the 2014 and 2016 editions. This appearance comes on the back of a busy 2025–26 show calendar that has already included EMO Hannover 2025 in Germany — where Huron’s stand carried the same “Town of Technology” branding — and a string of domestic exhibitions in India: INTEC, AMTEX, HIMTEX and INDUS-tech.

“IMTS gives us a direct line to North American manufacturers who are rethinking how much of their machining capability they build in-house versus source globally, and that is exactly the conversation we want to be part of,” said Parakram Jadeja, Chairman and Managing Director, Jyoti CNC Automation.

Founded in 1989 in Rajkot, Gujarat, Jyoti began as a gearbox manufacturer before building what is now a vertically integrated CNC machine tool business, with an installed base of more than 140,000 machines across 62 countries. Its range spans CNC turning centres, turn-mill centres, vertical and horizontal machining centres, 5-axis machines and multi-tasking systems, alongside Industry 4.0 and AI-based manufacturing solutions developed at its Leonardo Da Vinci R&D Centre. Its global footprint includes Huron Graffenstaden SAS, a 5-axis machining pioneer founded in Strasbourg in 1857, with further subsidiaries in Germany, Canada and Turkey — giving Jyoti a manufacturing and distribution base across Europe now paired with a direct presence in North America through Jyoti America.

The show also lands amid expansion: since listing on the NSE and BSE in January 2024, Jyoti has been scaling capacity toward roughly 16,000 machines a year by FY27, while pushing further into aerospace and defence manufacturing alongside its traditional automotive, die & mould and general engineering base — sectors well represented among IMTS’s expected 90,000 attendees.
