At the 15th edition of MachAuto Expo 2026, MTAT Technologies Pvt Ltd showcased a range of CNC, automation, and metrology solutions for the manufacturing sector. Held at the Ludhiana Exhibition Centre, the four-day exhibition provided an opportunity for the company to interact with manufacturers from across North India and demonstrate technologies aimed at improving productivity, accuracy, and process reliability on the shop floor.

Sharing the exhibition space alongside its long-time principal, Jyoti CNC Automation Limited, MTAT Technologies presented a connected manufacturing approach where machining, automation, tooling, software, and inspection technologies work together to improve manufacturing efficiency. The showcase reflected the company’s role as a solution provider that supports multiple stages of the production cycle.

At the exhibition, MTAT Technologies displayed a portfolio of machining and automation solutions, including horizontal machining centres (HMCs), vertical turning lathes (VTLs), CNC servo press brake solutions, robotic automation systems, and supporting machine tools. The display highlighted how these technologies can be combined to create efficient machining setups capable of handling complex components with greater consistency and repeatability.

The company also presented advanced inspection and measurement systems from Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. These technologies allow manufacturers to measure components during the machining process and make necessary corrections when required, helping improve accuracy and reduce rejection rates. The integration of machining and measurement solutions attracted strong interest from manufacturers looking to improve process control on the shop floor.

Discussions with visitors at the exhibition highlighted several challenges currently faced by manufacturers, including labour shortages, increasing productivity expectations, and tighter tolerance requirements. In response, MTAT Technologies demonstrated machining systems designed to operate with reduced operator dependency while maintaining stable and consistent output. Automation-integrated setups combined with in-process measurement technologies were among the solutions that generated significant interest from visitors.

MachAuto Expo continues to attract manufacturers from sectors such as agricultural machinery, automotive components, and engineering goods, which form a significant part of North India’s manufacturing ecosystem. For MTAT Technologies, the exhibition served as an important platform to connect with manufacturers from its core markets, including Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. Many discussions focused on upgrading conventional machining setups to CNC-based and automation-driven systems.

The company’s CNC servo press brake solutions, manufactured in Punjab and supplied across India, also drew attention from manufacturers involved in sheet metal fabrication and engineering components.

Founded in 1995, MTAT Technologies began its journey with digital readout systems before expanding into CNC machines and automation solutions. Over the years, the company has installed more than 4,000 machines across key markets. Today, it continues to focus on advanced machining platforms such as horizontal machining centres and double-column machines, along with automation-integrated systems designed to improve productivity and consistency. The company’s participation at MachAuto Expo 2026 reflected the growing industry focus on integrated manufacturing solutions that combine machining, automation, and inspection technologies to support modern production requirements.
