Its proprietary equipment, including high-speed stacking and notching systems capable of 300 PPM, has positioned the company as a major player in next-generation battery manufacturing. The company recently developed laser notching equipment, a high-precision technology offering advantages over traditional press methods, enhancing its capabilities in next-generation and prismatic battery markets. This innovation has reduced reliance on existing clients and expanded business with global battery brands in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. Notably, YOUIL Energy Tech supplied cutting-to-stacking equipment to Morrow Batteries in Northern Europe, demonstrating its technological expertise internationally.
A new headquarters and production facility in Anseong, spanning 21,450 square meters, supports an annual capacity of 200 notching units and strengthens the company’s R&D and manufacturing capabilities. Research initiatives also target automated waste battery recycling and equipment for next-generation battery formats.
