Informa Markets in India, the country’s premier organizer of B2B exhibitions, is preparing to host the 11th edition of World of Concrete India (WoC India) 2025 from October 8–10, 2025 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), Goregaon, Mumbai.

This year’s event will feature over 250 exhibitors, 400+ brands, and more than 18,000 industry professionals from across the globe, making it one of India’s largest gatherings for the construction and infrastructure ecosystem. The expo will showcase products and solutions spanning concrete, masonry, construction equipment, and allied technologies, while serving as a vital networking and knowledge platform for architects, engineers, contractors, project managers, real estate developers, consultants, and government representatives.

Themed “Comprehensive Concrete Review: A Complete Supply Chain”, the 2025 edition will include conferences, masterclasses, and innovation showcases over three days. International participation will be strong, with the German Pavilion and exhibitors from Korea, China, the USA, and Spain joining. Supporting partners include 1Lattice as Knowledge Partner and GRIHA as a sustainability enabler, reinforcing the event’s emphasis on green practices and collaborative growth.

Commenting on the upcoming edition, Yogesh Mudras, Managing Director, Informa Markets in India, said: “India’s construction and cement sectors are entering a high-growth phase, fueled by major infrastructure projects and housing schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The industry, valued at over USD 1.2 trillion, is expected to cross USD 2.1 trillion by 2030. With cement demand forecast to rise by 7–8% in FY26, the sector is clearly expanding at pace. As India pursues its net-zero commitments, sustainable practices and alternative materials will be central to this growth. World of Concrete India continues to provide a critical platform for knowledge exchange, innovation, and partnerships that are shaping a resilient and future-ready built environment.”

The 2025 edition will feature participation from leading names including Jindal Panther Cement, JSW Cement, Godrej Construction, UltraTech Cement, Sika India, Adani Cement, Fosroc Chemicals, Chryso Chemicals, Normet Chemicals, Vyara Tiles, Neptune Industries, Appollo Infratech, Q-Green Techcon, and Kemit Chemicals, among others. The event is also supported by associations such as NAREDCO Maharashtra, Builders Association of India, RMCMA, PMAI, Drycotec, AESA, Indian Concrete Institute (Pune Chapter), and Ferrocement Society (India).

The first day of the event will centre around innovations in concrete technology, with sessions dedicated to extreme excavation projects and their growing demands on the industry. Key presentations and discussions will be led by Readymix Construction Machinery, Jindal Steel, and the Builders Association of India (BAI), offering valuable insights into new approaches and technologies.

On the second day, the spotlight will shift to innovation and efficiency in concrete. Industry leaders and experts will engage in panels exploring breakthroughs in concrete production, the unique challenges of high-rise construction, and practical strategies to improve quality and speed. Presentations from Sika India, JSW Cement, and Adani Cement will further highlight advanced practices shaping the sector.

The third and final day will focus on sustainable design and standards, underscoring the importance of eco-friendly construction practices. Discussions will cover mastering design techniques, the use of green materials, and updated testing standards. Contributions from Jindal Panther Cement and HROC will showcase forward-looking solutions that align with the industry’s shift toward sustainability.

India’s construction industry is seeing strong momentum. Cement volumes grew 9% year-on-year in May 2025, with production expected to reach 480–485 million MT in FY26, up from 453 million MT in FY25. Mega projects such as the National Infrastructure Pipeline, Mumbai–Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail, and the Chennai–Bengaluru Expressway are reinforcing India’s status as one of the fastest-growing construction markets globally. At the same time, the government is preparing a ₹5,000 crore national mission to boost sustainable steel production through concessional loans, risk guarantees, and advanced technologies, driving decarbonisation across the sector.

As WoC India 2025 approaches, anticipation is high among stakeholders across the construction value chain. The expo, now in its 11th edition, continues to cement its role as the premier forum for advancing innovation, sustainability, and collaboration in India’s built environment.
