Under the arrangement, Omya will serve as the exclusive distributor for Vipul Organics’ SunTone® and SunCoat® product ranges across multiple European countries, including the United Kingdom, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania and Moldova. The agreement excludes Switzerland and Poland. The partnership combines Vipul Organics’ expertise in pigment manufacturing with Omya’s extensive market reach, technical support infrastructure and established customer relationships throughout Europe. Through this collaboration, European manufacturers will gain streamlined access to a broad portfolio of high-performance color solutions backed by local service and technical assistance.
Vipul Organics’ SunTone® pigments are widely used across industries including paints, printing inks, plastics, textiles, rubber products, automotive coatings and industrial applications. The SunCoat® range caters to paints and coatings markets, with applications spanning decorative coatings, architectural finishes, paper coatings, seed treatments, detergents, polishes and educational color products.
