Veerhealth Care Limited (BSE: VEERHEALTH), one of India’s rapidly growing listed Ayurvedic and herbal cosmetic companies, has announced the receipt of a repeat order worth ₹1.1 crore from one of India’s leading large-scale pharmacy and healthcare networks. The order is for the supply of hair care and oral care products and is expected to be executed within 45 days.
The repeat business reflects the growing acceptance of Veerhealth Care’s product portfolio and its ability to deliver quality-driven Ayurvedic and herbal solutions at scale. The customer is among India’s prominent healthcare and pharmacy companies, with a nationwide retail presence, a wide network of pharmacies, and healthcare facilities offering a comprehensive range of genuine healthcare products and services.
Through its flagship brand Ayuveer, Veerhealth Care combines traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with modern manufacturing capabilities to develop a range of natural personal care and wellness products. Ayuveer focuses on creating safe, effective, and affordable Ayurvedic medicines, oral care products, and herbal cosmetic solutions using carefully selected natural ingredients.
The company continues to strengthen its growth strategy with expansion plans supported by recent fundraising initiatives. For the financial year 2026-27, Veerhealth Care expects total income of approximately ₹105 crore with a minimum Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹5-6 crore. For the financial year 2027-28, the company expects total income of approximately ₹156 crore with a minimum PAT of ₹9-10 crore. These projections may be further enhanced through upcoming business expansion initiatives.
The Preferential Issue Committee of the company has approved the allotment of 1,00,00,000 fully convertible warrants, each carrying the right to subscribe to one equity share, at an issue price of ₹20.25 per warrant through preferential allotment. Out of the total preferential warrants, 45,37,000 warrants have been subscribed by promoters, demonstrating their continued confidence in the company’s growth prospects.
The proceeds from the preferential issue are expected to support business expansion, enhance operational capabilities, and strengthen the company’s financial position. The company’s Book Value per share for FY26 is estimated at approximately ₹11.46, and the infusion of preferential issue proceeds is expected to contribute towards a substantial improvement in shareholder value.
Veerhealth Care is also in advanced discussions with one of India’s largest hotel amenities suppliers, backed by an Indo-Canadian joint venture, to explore further business opportunities. Additionally, the company’s USFDA plant clearance places it among a select group of small-cap companies globally with such regulatory recognition, providing a strong foundation for future growth in domestic and international markets.
