Uniphore and L&T Technology Services (LTM) have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at developing industry-specific artificial intelligence solutions tailored to core enterprise functions. The collaboration will focus on combining small language models, AI-driven agents and domain expertise to deliver targeted and scalable outcomes across business processes.
The initiative reflects a broader shift in enterprise AI adoption, where organizations are increasingly prioritizing specialized, purpose-built models over large, generalized systems. The partnership seeks to address this demand by offering solutions designed with built-in governance, security and compliance.
Under the agreement, Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud platform will support LTM’s BlueVerse™ ecosystem, enabling integration of enterprise data, AI models and intelligent agents within a secure framework. LTM will lead implementation, leveraging its industry knowledge and global delivery capabilities to drive transformation across client organizations.
The initial focus will be on sectors including banking, financial services and insurance, manufacturing, and media and entertainment. Solutions will be developed for key operational areas such as financial planning and analysis, contract management, logistics, workforce transformation and customer interaction systems.
