TMX Transform has announced its role in supporting the development and operational readiness of a new distribution center for Hasbro in Midway, Georgia. The facility represents a significant enhancement to Hasbro’s logistics network, enabling faster and more reliable delivery of products to retail partners and consumers across the United States.

The 600,000-square-foot facility, located in Liberty County less than an hour from Savannah, has been designed to support omni-channel distribution while improving overall supply chain efficiency. The project reflects Hasbro’s strategic focus on modernizing its logistics infrastructure and consolidating operations to better meet evolving market demands.

TMX Transform was engaged to identify and implement a right-sized distribution solution tailored to Hasbro’s operational needs. The objective was to optimize storage utilization while bringing together multiple business segments into a single, integrated facility. This approach allows for improved coordination, streamlined workflows, and enhanced responsiveness to fluctuations in demand.

As part of the project, TMX Transform managed the transition from Hasbro’s previous distribution center in Pooler, Georgia, to the new Midway location. The scope of work included the selection of a third-party logistics provider and coordination with real estate advisory firm Cresa to oversee lease negotiations. The collaboration resulted in tenant improvements valued at approximately $2.8 million, completed ahead of schedule to enable early operational readiness.

The facility became operational in March 2026, prior to the official lease commencement, ensuring continuity of service and minimizing disruption during the transition. Once fully operational, the center is expected to deliver significant efficiency gains, including an estimated $8 million in annual productivity savings.

These savings are expected to be reinvested into further supply chain improvements. In addition to operational benefits, the distribution center is set to contribute to the local economy by creating between 60 and 70 permanent jobs, with seasonal employment rising to around 125 during peak periods.

The successful execution of this project highlights the importance of integrating strategy, real estate, and operational planning in large-scale supply chain transformations. By aligning these elements, TMX Transform and Hasbro have established a modern distribution hub capable of supporting long-term growth and delivering enhanced value across the supply chain. The initiative marks a step forward in enabling Indian startups to innovate, scale, and contribute to the country’s growing role in the global technology ecosystem.
