Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow have expanded their multi-year partnership to help enterprises move from AI experimentation to production-scale deployment. The collaboration combines Tech Mahindra’s industry and engineering capabilities with the ServiceNow AI Platform to accelerate automation, improve productivity and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The partnership will focus on helping customers develop practical AI strategies, strengthen governance and integrate AI into existing enterprise workflows. The companies will work across industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, banking and financial services, media and technology.

A key part of the expanded relationship will be the use of Tech Mahindra’s own ServiceNow implementation as a validation environment. The company, along with the Mahindra & Mahindra Group, will test and refine AI-led solutions before they are adapted for wider customer deployment.

Tech Mahindra has already integrated ServiceNow into its global IT operations, handling more than 100,000 cases each month across 90 countries. The companies said the experience will help create repeatable implementation models and playbooks for customers seeking faster returns from enterprise AI investments.

Tech Mahindra will also expand its global ServiceNow practice and establish a dedicated AI and Innovation Centre of Excellence. The centre will support customers in deploying AI capabilities, including ServiceNow AI Control Tower and ServiceNow EmployeeWorks.

Bill McDermott, Chairman and CEO of ServiceNow, said the partnership combines ServiceNow’s AI platform with Tech Mahindra’s industry expertise to help businesses put AI into practical use. He noted that Tech Mahindra has already achieved business benefits through its deployment, including improved employee experiences and around 25% optimisation in first-level IT support.

Mohit Joshi, Chief Executive Officer, Tech Mahindra, said enterprises are moving into a new phase of AI adoption where trusted execution and scale are becoming priorities. He added that AI needs to be integrated into business systems, workflows and controls to deliver meaningful results.

Under the expanded partnership, Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow will jointly engage customers, create transformation roadmaps and establish governance frameworks. The companies will also track business outcomes to ensure AI programmes deliver measurable value.
