Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) has inaugurated a new Google Cloud Gemini Experience Centre in Singapore, reinforcing its focus on advancing artificial intelligence–driven innovation for enterprises. Located within TCS’ Global Innovation Labs in Singapore, the centre offers a dedicated environment where organisations can experiment with, develop, and scale next-generation AI solutions powered by agentic AI technologies.

The Experience Centre brings together TCS’ engineering and industry expertise with Google Cloud’s advanced AI and cloud platforms. It enables businesses to move quickly from concept to execution through rapid prototyping and scalable deployment of AI-based applications. Enterprises in sectors such as banking and financial services, retail, manufacturing, transportation, and healthcare can collaborate with TCS and Google Cloud teams to integrate AI across their operations, enhance regulatory compliance, improve security, and deliver highly personalised customer experiences.

Through the centre, organisations gain access to hands-on prototyping in secure sandbox environments using Google’s Gemini models and platforms such as Vertex AI and BigQuery’s autonomous data and AI capabilities. The facility also provides AI-optimised infrastructure, including GPUs and TPUs, supporting accelerated testing and development. Working alongside TCS’ Google Cloud–certified specialists, enterprises can co-develop AI solutions designed for secure, responsible, and large-scale deployment.

Serene Sia, Country Director for Singapore and Malaysia at Google Cloud, said the initiative reflects a shared commitment to helping organisations unlock new opportunities through AI. She noted that the Experience Centre offers businesses a collaborative space to explore advanced Google Cloud technologies, supported by TCS’ deep industry insight, enabling faster digital transformation, stronger resilience, and improved customer engagement.

Punit Agarwal, Country Head – Singapore, TCS, said the new centre builds on Singapore’s strong position as a regional innovation hub. He explained that the Gemini Experience Centre allows organisations to combine human expertise with agentic AI to redesign customer interactions, decision-making processes, and operational workflows, helping them stay competitive in an increasingly AI-driven business environment.

The launch further strengthens TCS’ innovation footprint in Singapore. Over the past four decades, the company has invested heavily in research and development in the country and recently established an AI-powered Research and Innovation Centre to support global digital transformation initiatives. TCS continues to expand its AI research ecosystem through collaborations with academic institutions such as Nanyang Technological University and through initiatives like the TCS GoZero Hub, which serves as an ASEAN centre of excellence for sustainable technology innovation.

TCS maintains a long-standing partnership with Google Cloud and delivers a wide range of cloud-powered solutions globally. The company was recognised with multiple Google Cloud Partner of the Year Awards at Google Cloud Next 2025 across categories including artificial intelligence, data and analytics, and talent development.
