Syrma SGS Technology Limited (BSE: SYRMA; 543573 | NSE: INE0DYJ01015), an electronics systems design and manufacturing services provider, has reported its highest-ever quarterly performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The company recorded revenue of ₹19,995 million, EBITDA of ₹2,031 million and profit after tax (PAT) of ₹1,242 million.
The performance follows strong growth during the first half of FY27, with total revenue increasing 71% and PAT nearly doubling, according to the company. Revenue for the September quarter crossed ₹2,000 crore, registering 73% year-on-year growth. Automotive and industrial businesses contributed to the growth, along with an 80% increase in exports. The company also reported that it met customer commitments despite industry-wide component supply constraints. It brought working capital down to 63 days and recorded strongly positive operating cash flow for the first half of the financial year.
Commenting on the results, Jasbir Singh Gujral, Managing Director of Syrma SGS Technology, said the first half reflected continued execution across the business. He noted that the September quarter marked a new revenue milestone, supported by demand from automotive and industrial customers and higher exports. He also highlighted the company’s focus on working capital management and operating cash flow.
During the quarter, Syrma SGS Elemaster Private Limited, the company’s joint venture with Italy-based Elemaster S.P.A. Tecnologie Elettroniche, inaugurated a new facility in Bengaluru. The facility expands the joint venture’s manufacturing capabilities and strengthens its presence in sectors with growing demand for electronics manufacturing services.
The company’s subsidiary, Syrma Johari MedTech, also inaugurated a medical plastics and precision moulding facility in Jodhpur. The unit is intended to expand its MedTech manufacturing capabilities and support global medical-device programmes. These developments add to Syrma SGS’s manufacturing network across India and its research and development operations in India and Germany.
Syrma SGS provides electronic systems design and manufacturing services, including product design, printed circuit board assembly, box-build assembly, rapid prototyping and tester development. Its other products include RFID tags and inlays, high-frequency magnetic components and electromechanical assemblies.
The company serves more than 270 customers across over 20 countries. Its manufacturing facilities are located in Chennai, Bengaluru, Manesar, Gurgaon, Pune and Baddi, with research and development centres in Chennai, Pune, Gurgaon and Stuttgart, Germany.
