Sterlite Technologies Ltd (STL), through its US subsidiary STL Optical Connectivity NA, LLC (STLOC), has announced the launch of ‘Neuralis’, its next-generation data center connectivity portfolio, at Data Center World 2026 in Washington, DC. Designed to support the rapid growth of artificial intelligence, hyperscale computing, and edge workloads, the Neuralis portfolio delivers high-performance connectivity solutions tailored for modern data center environments. The offering is positioned as a foundational layer enabling ultra-fast data transmission and seamless integration across increasingly complex infrastructure networks.
The launch comes at a time when data center architectures are evolving to accommodate intensive east-west traffic flows driven by AI training and processing requirements. Neuralis addresses these shifts by providing scalable, high-density connectivity systems that optimize performance while reducing operational complexity.
Developed in close collaboration with customers, the Neuralis suite is engineered to overcome challenges related to space constraints, cable density, and deployment timelines. It is structured around two core capabilities: maximizing data center “whitespace” through ultra-high-density cabling, and enabling high-speed data center interconnect (DCI) for efficient large-scale data movement.
The solution incorporates advanced MMC and MPO cabling systems to support the high fiber counts required by GPU clusters. By shifting critical assembly processes such as termination to factory environments, STL aims to reduce on-site installation risks and accelerate deployment cycles.
At the core of the offering is the Celesta IBR series, featuring ultra-compact cables with up to 6,912 rollable ribbon fibers. These solutions are designed to handle the thermal and operational demands of AI-driven infrastructure while ensuring reliability and performance at scale.
STL’s vertically integrated approach spans the entire connectivity lifecycle—from ultra-pure preform manufacturing and fiber drawing to advanced cabling and pre-terminated assemblies. This integrated model enables consistent quality and faster delivery for customers building next-generation data centers.
AnkitAgarwal, Managing Director of STL, stated that AI workloads require significantly higher levels of precision, speed, and density than traditional systems. He noted that Neuralis is designed to meet these requirements by enabling low-latency, high-throughput connectivity while simplifying deployment.
With manufacturing capabilities in Lugoff, South Carolina, STL is strengthening its presence in North America, supporting hyperscalers and cloud providers in building future-ready infrastructure. The launch of Neuralis marks a key milestone in STL’s global expansion, reinforcing its role in enabling scalable, high-performance digital ecosystems for the AI era.
STL operates across multiple regions, with manufacturing and development facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia. Its solutions are deployed in more than 100 countries, serving telecom operators, enterprises, and data centre providers. The introduction of HCF technology highlights the company’s focus on enabling next-generation networks and underscores its commitment to delivering advanced optical solutions that align with the evolving demands of the digital economy.
