Sparsh CCTV has unveiled its Vision 2027 roadmap, setting out its priorities for the next phase of growth in India’s rapidly changing surveillance technology sector. The roadmap was presented at Sparsh Vision 2027 – Delhi Edition, which brought together the company’s channel partners, project and corporate customers, banking-sector representatives, technology partners and other stakeholders from the security industry.
The discussions focused on the changing requirements of the Indian surveillance market and the growing adoption of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and locally developed technologies. The industry is increasingly moving from conventional video monitoring to connected systems capable of providing faster analysis and more actionable security information.
Speaking at the event, Sanjeev Sehgal, Founder and Managing Director, Sparsh CCTV, said the company is preparing for a new phase of India’s security technology development by strengthening its technology and partner ecosystem. “Vision 2027 is about preparing for the next phase of India’s security technology journey. Surveillance is moving beyond conventional video monitoring towards intelligent, connected and increasingly AI-driven systems. Our focus is to build secure, cyber-resilient and indigenous technologies that can address these evolving requirements while creating greater value for our customers and partners,” Mr Sehgal said.
As part of the roadmap, Sparsh highlighted the importance of expanding its in-house research and development, software engineering and manufacturing capabilities. The company aims to develop surveillance products that meet changing security requirements while supporting India’s efforts to build domestic technology capabilities.
The event featured products and technologies from Sparsh’s portfolio, including the X Series, Z Series, Securi-Tech Intelligence, AI-powered video analytics and Video Management Systems (VMS). The company also showcased upcoming products and technology initiatives. The technology portfolio reflects the growing role of AI in surveillance, allowing security systems to move beyond recording and monitoring towards real-time analysis and proactive security applications.
Sparsh leadership also discussed the company’s business outlook, including opportunities across channel and project businesses. Discussions covered market developments, partner expansion, project opportunities and ways to strengthen collaboration across India’s security technology ecosystem.
Partnerships formed a key part of the event. Sparsh recognised its channel and business partners for their contribution to the company’s growth through a Partner Recognition Ceremony. The event concluded with interactions among industry participants, allowing partners and stakeholders to discuss emerging technologies, customer requirements and future opportunities.
Founded in 2002, Sparsh CCTV has built its business around indigenous research, engineering and manufacturing of surveillance solutions. With the introduction of Securi-Tech, the company is expanding its technology portfolio beyond hardware to deliver integrated AI-powered surveillance platforms that support India’s growing focus on digital security, critical infrastructure protection and self-reliant technology development.
