Sonalika Tractors has reported its highest-ever first-quarter sales, registering overall sales of 53,661 tractors during April-June 2026. The company also crossed the milestone of selling more than 50,000 tractors within the first three months of FY2026-27, reflecting strong demand across domestic and export markets.

The company recorded an overall growth of 23.1% during the quarter, surpassing the estimated industry growth of 18.3%. The performance has also positioned Sonalika among the leading gainers in domestic market share during the quarter, reinforcing its position as one of India’s fastest-growing tractor manufacturers.

The company attributed the strong performance to its continued focus on delivering advanced farm mechanisation solutions backed by modern technology, reliable products and a customer-centric approach. Over the past three decades, Sonalika has consistently invested in product development, manufacturing excellence and innovation to meet the evolving needs of farmers.

Demand has also been supported by the recently introduced Sonalika Gold Tractor Series, which has received a positive response during the ongoing Kharif season. The new range is equipped with a 3-cylinder, 3,532 cc engine and performance-oriented features designed to improve productivity, fuel efficiency and profitability for farmers across different agricultural applications.

Sonalika manufactures its tractors at what it describes as the world’s largest integrated tractor manufacturing facility. Supported by advanced research and development capabilities and precision engineering, the company continues to expand its product portfolio while catering to customers in India and overseas. Its tractors are designed to perform under diverse farming conditions and support a wide range of agricultural operations.

Commenting on the achievement, Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director of International Tractors Limited, said the company is proud to have crossed the 50,000-sales milestone within the first quarter while achieving its highest-ever Q1 sales. He said the growth reflects the trust placed by farmers in the brand’s products and the company’s commitment to raising performance standards through technology and innovation. He added that Sonalika will continue to focus on ensuring uninterrupted farm operations and delivering efficient mechanisation solutions as the new quarter begins.

Founded in 1996, Sonalika Tractors has established a presence in more than 150 countries and remains India’s leading tractor export brand. In 2026, the company marks 30 years of operations, celebrating three decades of supporting Indian agriculture through advanced engineering, farmer-focused products and continuous investments in manufacturing and technology.
