Commenting on the performance, Vivek Vikram Singh, MD & Group CEO, said the Company achieved its highest-ever quarterly revenue, EBITDA and adjusted net profit in Q3 FY26. He attributed the strong year-on-year growth to higher traction motor volumes for electric vehicles and an expanding railway business in India.

During the quarter, Sona Comstar also commercialised a hydraulic motor controller, leveraging its capabilities in motors and controllers to address a new application beyond its current portfolio. The Company received an order for the product from a new customer, a global farm equipment OEM, for use in electric farm equipment vehicles.
