Sidel will present a range of packaging and production technologies at interpack 2026, highlighting solutions designed to address the increasing complexity of packaging operations across the food, beverage, home care and personal care industries. At the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to explore Sidel’s expertise in complete production line integration, high-efficiency equipment and automation systems developed to support modern packaging requirements. The company’s technologies aim to help manufacturers improve operational performance while maintaining flexibility across multiple product formats.

Sidel’s participation reflects more than four decades of experience in delivering complete production lines for beverage and consumer goods producers. The company’s systems are designed to support a wide range of packaging formats and materials while ensuring consistent output and reliability.

Davide Sighinolfi, Vice President of Food, Home and Personal Care at Sidel, noted that the company’s ability to handle containers of different shapes, materials and structural characteristics allows producers to maintain performance while adapting to changing packaging trends. He added that Sidel’s equipment and integrated line solutions are designed to support manufacturers operating in categories such as edible oils, sauces, dressings and home care products.

At the exhibition, Sidel will demonstrate its turnkey production line capabilities covering all stages of packaging—from design and installation to commissioning and long-term operational support. These integrated solutions aim to reduce downtime and streamline plant operations.

Among the technologies being introduced is the Cermex RoboSELEX robotic collating system for case packing operations. The system is designed to handle lightweight bottles with flexible batch configurations while maintaining continuous product flow. Operating speeds of up to 320 products per minute allow the system to support high-volume production environments.

The RoboSELEX system builds on previous automation technologies by enabling faster, more repeatable format changes. Collation adjustments can be completed in approximately 1 minute, while changes between bottle formats typically require around 2 minutes.

Sidel will also present its RoboAccess Pal S palletising system, designed for compact production environments. The unit operates at speeds of up to eleven cycles per minute and can handle payloads of up to 25 kilograms. A new elevating column feature allows pallet heights of up to 2200 millimetres while maintaining a compact installation footprint.

Additional technologies on display include the Aseptic Predis X4™ aseptic filling system and the EvoBLOW Laser blowing technology for PET bottle production. Through these innovations, Sidel aims to help manufacturers improve productivity, maintain operational flexibility and adapt to the evolving demands of modern packaging operations.
