Mr Patil brings over 24 years of progressive experience across engineering, operations, and supply chain management. Since joining Burckhardt nearly a decade ago, he has held pivotal leadership positions, most recently steering the Contracting Systems Division, where he played a critical role in driving India’s strategic expansion

Shrikant Patil is a seasoned industry leader with over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, operations, and strategic management. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven improvements in performance, quality, and profitability, demonstrating a deep understanding of both technical and business dimensions within the industrial sector.
He has been an integral part of Burckhardt Compression for nearly a decade, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and evolution in India. In his most recent role as Head of the Contracting Systems Division, Mr Patil led cross-functional teams and oversaw critical projects, reinforcing his reputation as a results-driven leader with a collaborative approach.
A key driver of Burckhardt’s expansion in the region, Mr Patil played a central role in leading major investment initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s operational footprint.
