Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. (formerly Servotech Power Systems Ltd.), a leading provider of solar solutions and EV chargers in India, has secured an order for approximately 1,100 grid-connected agricultural pumps under the KUSUM Component C-1 Scheme from the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Authority (UPNEDA). This initiative marks a significant step in the state’s transition to solar-powered farming, aligning with India’s broader renewable energy goals.
The project, valued at around ₹31 crore, includes the manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar-powered agricultural pumps. Servotech will also provide a comprehensive 5-year warranty maintenance for pumps ranging from 2 HP to 5 HP, paired with solar plants of 3 kW, 4.5 kW, and 7.5 kW capacities. A total of 1,094 solar pumps will be deployed across Uttar Pradesh, helping the state achieve its renewable energy targets.
