Rodic Consultants, one of India’s prominent engineering and digital infrastructure consulting firms, has announced the launch of Rodic AI, a new technology subsidiary dedicated to artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and digital transformation solutions. The new entity, headquartered at the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) in Boston—an innovation hub closely connected with MIT and Harvard—has been established to strengthen the company’s global presence and accelerate its contribution to AI-enabled development worldwide.

Raj Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director of Rodic Consultants, described the launch as a defining moment for the company. He noted that establishing Rodic AI at the Cambridge Innovation Center places the organisation within one of the world’s most dynamic innovation ecosystems, enabling direct collaboration with leading researchers, technologists, and innovators. He added that this global engagement will help the company design intelligent, future-oriented solutions with the potential to positively impact communities across the world.

Rodic AI’s mandate covers a broad spectrum of artificial intelligence applications, ranging from Generative AI for forecasting and modelling to emerging areas such as quantum-inspired AI. The subsidiary intends to use its Boston base to strengthen international partnerships, draw from the region’s renowned innovation landscape, and convert cutting-edge research into deployable solutions for both public and private sectors. A major focus will be on helping organisationstransform their operations by using sophisticated AI-driven systems that embed intelligence into decision-making, execution, and long-term strategy.

To mark the establishment of Rodic AI, the company hosted a special event at its New Delhi headquarters on 5 December. The programme featured discussions with senior leadership, an overview of Rodic AI’s long-term vision presented by Raj Kumar, and a dialogue exploring how AI will be integrated into the company’s broader service offerings to support future growth. The event concluded with a thought-leadership session delivered by Abhishek Bhat, an entrepreneur, technologist, and public policy advisor, who shared insights on the evolving AI landscape and emphasized the increasing importance of AI as a strategic advantage for organisations across all sectors.

Rodic Digital & Advisory brings together expertise in data analytics, digital platforms, systems integration, and public policy to deliver solutions that translate digital progress into tangible outcomes. It has already implemented impactful digital tools, such as a state-wide platform for health data under the Bhavya project in Bihar and a road asset monitoring system that now covers over 13,000 kilometers across the state. Building on Rodic Consultants’ 25-year legacy and more than 170 major projects, the new digital and advisory subsidiary strengthens the company’s role as a partner of choice for governments and institutions looking to bridge infrastructure development with efficient, technology-backed governance.
