Under the MoU, RITES and SCI will also engage in knowledge sharing and skill development programmes, promoting expertise in areas such as digital cargo monitoring, supply chain resilience, and logistics optimization for high-value and specialized consignments. This partnership is expected to strengthen India’s maritime infrastructure ecosystem by leveraging SCI’s extensive shipping network and RITES’ engineering and transport consultancy experience. Together, the two public sector entities aim to advance sustainable logistics solutions that align with global standards.
