Ritco Logistics Limited reported its strongest-ever quarterly performance for Q4 FY26, supported by robust growth across multimodal logistics, industrial transportation, warehousing and digital supply chain operations. The company also crossed ₹1,480 crore in revenue during the twelve-month period, reflecting sustained momentum across key sectors and transportation corridors.
The performance was driven by higher activity levels in steel and metals, infrastructure, polymers, energy, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and bulk commodity logistics. During the quarter, the company secured several strategic transportation contracts, including a long-term nationwide assignment in the steel sector and additional mandates across infrastructure-linked bulk commodities and fly ash transportation.
Ritco Logistics expanded its operational footprint through new contracts in the FMCG and building materials segments covering both pan-India and regional distribution networks. The company also onboarded new customers across healthcare, allied industries and consumer sectors for multi-destination logistics requirements.
The company said continued investments in digital integration, operational automation and multimodal transport infrastructure played a key role in improving efficiency, visibility and supply chain coordination during the quarter. Within its contract logistics business, Ritco strengthened its presence across steel, polymer, infrastructure and pharmaceutical supply chains by expanding service engagements and deepening relationships with industrial clients. It also secured a major logistics mandate in the energy sector from reputed corporate customers.
As part of its broader expansion strategy, the company continued strengthening its third-party logistics and warehousing network to support its evolution into a fully integrated end-to-end supply chain solutions provider. The company currently operates approximately 4.5 lakh square feet of warehousing infrastructure across its logistics network.
Ritco further enhanced its presence across western India, particularly within petrochemical and industrial logistics corridors, while improving operational capabilities for handling large-scale and complex transportation projects for public sector enterprises and industrial customers.
Commenting on the performance, the company stated that Q4 FY26 marked a significant milestone in its transformation journey towards becoming a diversified, technology-enabled logistics enterprise. It added that disciplined execution, customer-focused operations and improved multimodal utilisation contributed to higher operational resilience and scalability during the quarter.
The company also highlighted ongoing investments in sustainable warehousing, technology-driven logistics infrastructure and automation systems aimed at improving service reliability, asset productivity and end-to-end supply chain visibility. Ritco Logistics said it remains focused on profitable growth, long-term customer partnerships and operational excellence as demand for integrated logistics solutions continues to rise across industrial and infrastructure sectors.
