Ritco Logistics Limited, a leading integrated logistics and supply chain solutions provider, has reported its highest-ever quarterly performance for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended December 31, 2025). The results mark a significant milestone in the Company’s ongoing transformation from a conventional road transporter to a technology-driven, multimodal logistics enterprise.
The strong performance was underpinned by disciplined operational execution, strategic contract acquisitions, and deeper integration within steel and infrastructure supply chains. Continued investments in multimodal expansion and digital capabilities further strengthened operational efficiency and long-term revenue visibility.
During the quarter, Ritco Logistics witnessed substantial traction across Steel & Metals, Polymers, Energy, FMCG, Infrastructure, Pharmaceuticals, and Bulk Commodities, reinforcing its diversified sector footprint. The Company secured a long-term, high-value transportation contract in the polymer segment involving multi-location movements across India. It further strengthened its position in the steel and metals sector through multiple new contract wins spanning pan-India and regional routes.
Ritco also expanded its presence in fly ash logistics after being awarded a major transportation contract by a leading infrastructure company. In addition, a strategically important short-term contract was secured in the infrastructure-linked bulk commodities segment involving inter-state movements.
The Company added a new customer in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector for multi-destination distribution services. It also broadened its FMCG portfolio with fresh mandates from a leading FMCG major and other prominent clients, while reinforcing its energy sector presence through a significant contract from established energy companies.
A key highlight of the quarter was the securing of an important multimodal transportation contract with infrastructure majors. Rail-based operations have been expanded and are now operational across multiple strategic corridors for enterprise customers.
Ritco is actively strengthening its integrated logistics framework by combining road, rail, and coastal transportation. This structural shift is designed to enhance asset utilization, improve cost efficiencies, and support sustainable margin expansion.
Customized fleets were introduced for infrastructure clients, enabling the Company to efficiently manage complex, high-volume, and time-sensitive Full Truck Load (FTL) movements. These initiatives are expected to significantly improve fleet productivity and elevate service standards.
As part of its evolution into a comprehensive end-to-end supply chain partner, Ritco Logistics continues to expand its 3PL and warehousing footprint. The Company has strengthened its presence in Western India, enhancing its reach across petrochemical and industrial supply chains.
Investments are being directed toward technology-enabled warehousing, automation, in-plant logistics, and real-time visibility systems, alongside sustainable facility design to support long-term operational excellence. Ritco’s transition into a logistics technology-driven enterprise gained further momentum during the quarter. The Company deployed Session Integrity Protection and tamper-proof audit trails to enhance system security and transparency.
AI-enabled tools were introduced for backend optimization to improve scalability and operational reliability. Core systems have been upgraded to support seamless integration with multiple SaaS partners, alongside process automation initiatives to improve internal efficiency. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enhancements have also been implemented to ensure secure and seamless platform access.
Commenting on the quarterly performance, Man Mohan Pal Singh Chadha, Chairman, Ritco Logistics Ltd, said “Q3 FY26 demonstrates Ritco’s ability to execute consistently while scaling responsibly.
