TIL Limited, one of India’s leading manufacturers of material handling and infrastructure equipment, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026, highlighting a strong recovery in machine sales, operational improvements in the second half of the year, and a strategic expansion into the clean energy engineering sector. The company reported operational income of ₹323.25 crore for FY26 compared with ₹315.28 crore in the previous financial year, while total revenue stood at ₹337.36 crore. Although overall profitability remained impacted by financing costs, currency fluctuations, freight expenses, and one-time settlement costs, TIL recorded a significant improvement in operational performance during the second half of the fiscal year.

Machine sales, considered a key indicator of operational momentum, increased by 4 percent year-on-year to ₹265.33 crore. The growth was supported by improved order execution and expanding demand across infrastructure, defence, and industrial equipment sectors. During FY26, TIL secured several major contracts, including a ₹66.75 crore order from CONCOR for 25 loaded ReachStackers, defence orders worth approximately ₹110 crore from the Indian Army and Indian Air Force for nearly 170 military cranes, and a ₹30 crore-plus operation and maintenance contract from CONCOR. The company stated that the latest O&M contract marks its re-entry into the recurring high-margin services segment.

The company also advanced the commercialization of three indigenous equipment platforms introduced during EXCON 2025. The products, spanning pick-and-carry cranes, truck cranes, and rough-terrain equipment, have entered field trials and customer evaluation stages, with enquiry pipelines extending into FY27.

A major strategic development during the year was the board-approved acquisition of Tulip Compression Private Limited, completed in May 2026. The acquisition enables TIL to enter the clean energy and gas infrastructure sector, expanding capabilities into LNG, CNG, hydrogen equipment, cryogenic storage systems, and process vessels.

Commenting on the results, Alok Kumar Tripathi, President and Whole-Time Director of TIL Limited, said the company is evolving beyond conventional equipment manufacturing into a broader engineering and industrial solutions platform. “Despite macroeconomic uncertainties, supply chain disruptions, currency pressures, and rising freight costs, TIL demonstrated operational resilience and maintained positive EBITDA performance during FY26. Our focus remains on infrastructure, defence indigenisation, clean energy engineering, and lifecycle support services,” he said.

TIL also reported progress in operational efficiency, with raw material cost ratios improving to 63.9 percent from 64.5 percent in FY25. The company additionally resolved legacy taxation disputes, reducing contingent liabilities and strengthening its balance sheet.

Entering FY27, TIL has an order book of approximately ₹274 crore and plans to continue expanding its indigenous product portfolio and clean energy engineering capabilities aligned with India’s infrastructure and energy transition priorities.
