Renault India Pvt Ltd reported a strong start to the financial year, with domestic wholesales reaching 5,413 units in April 2026. This marks a 108% increase compared to 2,602 units sold in April 2025, reflecting a significant rise in market demand and business momentum.
The growth builds on sustained double-digit performance over the past two quarters, driven by a refreshed product portfolio and a steadily expanding retail and service network. Key contributors include the updated versions of the Renault Triber and Renault Kiger, introduced in September 2025, which have continued to attract strong customer interest across segments.
Further strengthening the company’s position, the recently launched Renault Duster has received an encouraging market response. Demand for the model gained traction within the first week of deliveries, which began in the latter half of April, indicating positive customer sentiment toward the brand’s latest offering.
To support rising demand, Renault India has accelerated its network expansion efforts. The company recently inaugurated a new ‘R store’ and a workshop facility in Ranchi, enhancing accessibility and service capabilities in the region. With these additions, the brand’s total sales and service touchpoints across India have grown to 638, reinforcing its commitment to customer reach and after-sales support.
