Renault India has announced the ARAI-certified fuel efficiency figures for the new Renault Duster equipped with the advanced Turbo TCe 160 engine, reinforcing its position as a performance-driven yet efficient offering in the SUV segment. The new Duster delivers a certified fuel efficiency of 18.45 km/l with the dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT) and 17.75 km/l with the 6-speed manual transmission. These figures highlight the balance achieved between power and efficiency, making it one of the most compelling options in its category.
Engineered specifically for Indian driving conditions, the Turbo TCe 160 powertrain produces 163 PS of power and 280 Nm of torque, making it the most powerful turbo-petrol engine in its segment. The engine incorporates advanced technologies such as high-pressure fuel injection and low-friction coatings to optimize combustion and enhance efficiency. The DCT automatic transmission ensures quick and seamless gear shifts, delivering a smooth and responsive driving experience.
