Ramco Systems, a global enterprise software company offering cloud-based business applications and platforms, has announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting steady operational performance supported by recurring revenue growth, a healthy order book and continued investments in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven enterprise solutions.

For the first quarter of FY27, the company reported global consolidated revenue of USD 18.38 million, while consolidated income stood at USD 18.61 million (₹174.96 crore). Net profit after tax for the quarter was USD 0.06 million (₹0.60 crore). Recurring revenue, which remains a key contributor to the company’s business, reached USD 12.15 million during the quarter. Ramco Systems also reported EBITDA of USD 2.94 million, reflecting continued operational discipline and a growing contribution from subscription-based software services.

The company ended the quarter with an unexecuted order book of USD 152.3 million, providing strong visibility for future project execution and revenue generation. During the quarter, Ramco Systems secured several new customer engagements across its aviation, payroll and enterprise software businesses. A leading aircraft engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services provider in the United States selected Ramco Aviation Software to streamline its operations. The company also won a contract from a global financial services organisation to modernise payroll management across its operations in India.

Ramco further strengthened its presence in the payroll solutions segment by successfully implementing its Ramco Payce platform for a multinational food delivery and quick-commerce company, enabling payroll processing for employees across seven countries in Asia. In Indonesia, the company modernised payroll operations for the local workforce of a global pharmaceutical and diagnostics company.

The company also received industry recognition during the quarter. Ramco Systems was ranked among the Top Five Warehouse Management System (WMS) Platform Providers by the Institute of Supply Chain Management (ISCM). It was also recognised as one of the Best Organisations for Women 2025-26 by ET Edge, The Times Group, and won two Gold and one Bronze awards at the ETHRWorld Future Skills Awards 2026 for its initiatives in learning and workforce development.

Commenting on the performance, Abinav Raja, Managing Director of Ramco Systems, said the company continues to make steady progress in its strategy of becoming an AI-native enterprise software provider. He noted that artificial intelligence is increasingly being integrated across product development, engineering and customer solutions, enabling faster innovation, improved productivity and smarter enterprise applications.

Sandesh Bilagi, Chief Executive Officer of Ramco Systems, said customer demand for the company’s solutions remains strong, supported by a healthy sales pipeline across multiple business segments. He added that the growing share of recurring revenue is improving business stability and reducing dependence on the timing of new project wins. While geopolitical uncertainties have extended decision-making cycles in certain markets, the company remains confident of achieving stronger business momentum in the coming quarters through disciplined execution and continued customer engagement.

Ramco Systems serves more than 800 customers across the world with over two million users. The company provides enterprise software solutions for global payroll, aviation, aerospace and defence, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and related business applications. It continues to invest in technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotic process automation and blockchain to help organisations accelerate digital transformation and improve operational efficiency.
