R Systems International Ltd, a leading provider of digital product engineering and technology services, has completed the acquisition of Novigo Solutions Private Limited (“Novigo”) as of November 13, 2025. With all regulatory approvals secured and closing conditions fulfilled, Novigo is now a wholly owned subsidiary of R Systems.
Under the agreement announced in August, R Systems has taken full ownership of Novigo’s equity. Both organizations will now begin integration under a unified strategy. Novigo will continue meeting its current client commitments as teams and processes are aligned step-by-step to ensure a seamless transition without customer impact. Over time, the two companies will function as a single entity, offering an expanded range of services and a larger global engineering presence.
Nitesh Bansal, CEO & Managing Director of R Systems, stated that combining Novigo’s automation expertise with R Systems’ OptimaAI portfolio will allow clients to move from model development to autonomous operations within one ecosystem. He welcomed Novigo’s workforce and highlighted the opportunity to expand into Tier-2 cities where talent pools are strong.
