parts2clean 2025: Rising Standards in Component Cleaning Drive Industry Evolution

manufacturing-news

As industrial component cleaning faces increasingly strict cleanliness requirements, businesses must balance higher cleanliness standards with demands for cost-effective, energy-efficient, and resource-conscious processes. parts2clean 2025 will address these challenges, presenting cutting-edge solutions for reconciling these sometimes competing goals. The world’s largest exhibition dedicated to industrial cleaning technology will take place from October 7-9, 2025, at the Stuttgart Exhibition Center in Germany. This event will also offer a wealth of insights into the latest trends, innovations, and practical applications shaping the future of the industry.

In industries such as new mobility, electronics, semiconductors, sensor technology, optics, medical and pharmaceutical technologies, aerospace, and defense, components and assemblies are becoming smaller, more complex, and more sensitive to contamination. As a result, cleanliness requirements for component cleaning are becoming stricter, demanding optimized or even entirely new cleaning processes. In parallel, the cleanliness of the production environment has become crucial to minimize contamination risks and prevent cross-contamination. These factors are also central to maintaining the cost-effectiveness of cleaning processes. Additionally, efficient resource use and reducing the carbon footprint have become essential criteria for modern cleaning solutions.

“At parts2clean, the most up-to-date and comprehensive global offerings in industrial cleaning technology will showcase solutions that meet the rising demands for component cleaning from technological, economic, and ecological perspectives,” says Ramtin Randjbar-Moshtaghin, project director at Deutsche Messe AG since June 2025. Exhibitors will present solutions tailored to specific production steps, component geometry, material properties, and contamination control needs—ranging from deburring and pre-cleaning to high-purity final cleaning. Innovations such as automation, digitalization, and artificial intelligence (AI) will also be featured.

“The diverse and innovative product range makes parts2clean the world’s leading platform for industrial cleaning technology,” Randjbar-Moshtaghin adds. “This is further evidenced by the high percentage of trade visitors (99%) and the fact that nearly 80% of attendees come with investment intentions.”

In addition to the product displays, parts2clean 2025 will feature a dynamic supporting program. One of the highlights will be the p2c.EXPERTFORUM, a bilingual (German-English) knowledge exchange organized in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Cleaning division and the German Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT). This forum will cover current industry challenges, emerging trends, and new developments in parts cleaning, offering both basic knowledge and advanced insights into the field.

A key event in the supporting program will be the presentation of the 4th FiT2clean Award, which honors groundbreaking achievements and innovative solutions in industrial parts cleaning. The award, which includes a €10,000 prize, will be presented in a special show area at the FiT’s booth.

parts2clean is the premier global event for industrial parts and surface cleaning, serving as a platform for showcasing state-of-the-art technologies and solutions that address the growing demands for cleanliness, cost-efficiency, and sustainability in the manufacturing process. The event is expected to attract industry leaders, offering them an opportunity to explore the latest innovations and forge valuable connections that drive the future of industrial cleaning.
