Pace Digitek Limited (BSE: 544550 | NSE: PACEDIGITK), through its wholly owned subsidiary Lineage Power Private Limited (LPPL), has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with MEGMEET Electrical India Private Limited to expand their long-standing partnership into the rapidly growing AI data center power infrastructure market. The collaboration builds on more than five years of successful cooperation in telecom power solutions and marks a significant step toward addressing the increasing demand for reliable, energy-efficient, and scalable power systems driven by AI computing, hyperscale data centers, and digital infrastructure development in India.
Under the agreement, MEGMEET will serve as a strategic supplier of AI data center power systems and related technologies to LPPL. The partnership will also encompass technical support, product enhancements, training, and comprehensive lifecycle after-sales services, with supplies executed through mutually agreed purchase orders.
The strategic cooperation complements LPPL’s established Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing and system integration capabilities by adding advanced AI data center power systems to its portfolio. Together, these capabilities strengthen Pace Digitek’s integrated energy infrastructure offerings, combining power management, energy storage, manufacturing, and system integration expertise to deliver end-to-end solutions for next-generation digital infrastructure.
