Pace Digitek Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited (LPPL), has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bondada Renewable Energy Private Limited during the 12th India Energy Storage Week (IESW) 2026 held at IICC, Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. The agreement is aimed at strengthening collaboration in the supply of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions for future renewable energy projects.
The latest agreement marks LPPL’s third strategic partnership announced during India Energy Storage Week 2026 and reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to expand its presence in India’s growing energy storage market through partnerships with renewable energy developers, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies, and system integrators.
Under the terms of the MoU, Lineage Power will serve as a preferred supplier of integrated BESS solutions for projects undertaken by Bondada Renewable. While the agreement establishes a framework for future cooperation, individual project orders and commercial terms will be finalized separately as opportunities arise.
The collaboration is expected to leverage LPPL’s manufacturing and system integration capabilities to support the deployment of battery energy storage solutions across a range of renewable energy applications. By broadening its partner network, the company aims to strengthen its product supply ecosystem and improve its ability to serve utility-scale and commercial energy storage projects.
Commenting on the development, Venugopal Rao Maddisetty, Chairman and Managing Director of Pace Digitek Limited, said, “The signing of another strategic partnership during India Energy Storage Week reflects the increasing demand for integrated battery energy storage solutions in India. We continue to focus on building long-term industry collaborations that expand market access, strengthen our manufacturing-led business and support the growing deployment of energy storage technologies across the renewable energy sector.”
Battery energy storage systems are expected to play an increasingly important role in India’s clean energy transition by enabling better integration of renewable power into the grid, improving reliability and supporting energy management. As investments in renewable energy capacity continue to grow, demand for storage solutions is also expected to increase across utility, industrial and commercial applications. The agreement with Bondada Renewable further supports Pace Digitek’s strategy of expanding its energy storage business through product-led growth while strengthening its position in the evolving clean energy value chain.
