According to the organizers, the 2026 programme assessed more than 1,000 organizations across India through a structured evaluation process that included organizational nominations and multiple assessment parameters. Companies shortlisted for the initial stage underwent a further review before the final selection. This year’s programme was centred on the theme “Talent | Growth | Impact,” highlighting workplace practices that support employee development, professional growth and organizational performance.
