PRESPL, on the other hand, has emerged as a key player in India’s biomass value chain, providing sustainable fuel supply solutions to power producers, industrial clients, and biogas facilities. The company’s capabilities extend to consultancy, operations and maintenance (O&M), and project execution under BOOT (Build, Own, Operate, Transfer) and Energy at Cost models.
This partnership reflects the two companies’ shared commitment to advancing India’s renewable energy agenda, particularly through scalable and sustainable waste-to-energy and biomass-based solutions. Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), ORSL will serve as the preferred partner for technology and engineering, bringing its proprietary innovations, advanced process design capabilities, and extensive project delivery expertise to the collaboration. By leveraging its technical strengths, ORSL will drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency and performance across all project phases.
Meanwhile, PRESPL will lead as the preferred partner for biomass supply chain management, drawing on its deep experience in biomass sourcing, aggregation, logistics, and fuel management. With its established network and operational excellence, PRESPL will ensure a reliable and sustainable biomass supply chain, supporting seamless project execution and long-term operational success. Together, ORSL and PRESPL will deliver end-to-end bioenergy solutions—from feedstock assessment and supply chain logistics to technology deployment, construction, and plant operation.
