Orange Business and Tech Mahindra have announced exclusive negotiations to establish a global strategic partnership aimed at helping enterprises accelerate digital transformation initiatives. The proposed collaboration will focus on delivering advanced digital services built around artificial intelligence, automation, and secure digital platforms for enterprise customers worldwide.
The initiative outlines a non-equity partnership model designed to combine the network capabilities and digital platforms of Orange Business with Tech Mahindra’s global delivery scale and technology expertise. Through a joint go-to-market strategy, the two organizations plan to expand regional collaboration, strengthen product innovation, and enhance the deployment of digital solutions tailored to evolving enterprise needs.
As part of the proposed arrangement, Tech Mahindra would support certain operational functions for Orange Business outside France. These areas may include elements of customer support, quote-to-bill processes, and post-sales operations. Orange Business will continue to directly manage critical service segments, including operations within France, while ensuring compliance with French and European regulatory requirements.
The collaboration aligns with Orange Business’ strategy to expand its presence in global markets and strengthen its position in secure enterprise connectivity. By leveraging existing digital platforms and expanding service capabilities, the partnership aims to accelerate customer acquisition and deepen engagement with existing enterprise clients.
A joint operational review will assess processes, tools, and performance indicators to identify opportunities where Tech Mahindra’s expertise in automation and large-scale service delivery can improve operational efficiency. The objective is to enhance service scalability, streamline operations, and improve overall customer experience across global markets.
Aliette Mousnier-Lompré said the partnership could serve as an important growth driver for the company and its customers. She noted that the collaboration is expected to strengthen global service delivery capabilities while maintaining the organization’s commitment to trust, performance, and responsible operations.
Mohit Joshi stated that the initiative brings together complementary strengths to help enterprises adapt to a rapidly evolving digital environment. According to him, the partnership aims to support organizations in modernizing operations and building resilient digital infrastructure. The proposed partnership remains subject to consultation with employee representative bodies and completion of required internal processes.
