The Supervisory Board of specialty chemicals group LANXESS has renewed Oliver Stratmann’s mandate on the Board of Management, extending his role as Chief Financial Officer for an additional five years. His next term will begin on September 1, 2026, directly following the completion of his initial three-year appointment.
“Oliver Stratmann has delivered outstanding performance as Chief Financial Officer during a difficult period. Reliable and strategic financial management is especially crucial now, and his deep expertise in financial markets provides significant value,” stated Rainier van Roessel, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
