NTT DATA has been certified as a Global Top Employer for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, marking the third consecutive year the company has received this recognition. The certification places NTT DATA among 17 organizations worldwide that have demonstrated consistent and structured people practices across their global operations.

Along with the global certification, NTT DATA received four regional Top Employer 2026 certifications and 37 country and regional certifications spanning North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Europe and Africa. The Global Top Employer certification is the highest level awarded by the Top Employers Institute and reflects the company’s ability to apply uniform people policies while addressing regional workforce requirements.

The Top Employers Institute evaluates organizations through an independent HR Best Practices Survey, followed by a detailed audit process. The assessment covers six core HR areas and 20 topics, including people strategy, workplace environment, recruitment, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee wellbeing.

NTT DATA received strong scores for several practices, including candidate experience measurement, structured employee feedback programs, employee listening mechanisms and diversity and inclusion initiatives. These areas highlight the company’s focus on workplace practices that encourage participation, transparency and inclusion.

Commenting on the recognition, Yutaka Sasaki, President and CEO of NTT DATA, said the company’s workforce remains central to its long-term growth. With nearly 200,000 employees across more than 70 countries and regions, the company continues to emphasize workplace practices that support collaboration, skill development and employee engagement.

Adrian Seligman, CEO of the Top Employers Institute, said NTT DATA’s certification reflects consistent people practices across regions while maintaining local relevance. He noted that such alignment supports workforce mobility, business stability and long-term organizational performance.

NTT DATA stated that it will continue to invest in its workforce and workplace systems, with a focus on long-term growth, employee development and sustainable business outcomes.
