Nemetschek Group India has entered into a strategic three-year partnership with New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd (NCCCL) to accelerate adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM), AI-driven workflows, and digital construction technologies across India’s infrastructure and real estate sectors. The collaboration aims to transform project delivery and operational efficiency by integrating advanced digital workflows into large-scale construction projects spanning data centres, healthcare, residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.

Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the two companies will jointly deploy high-speed BIM-led project execution models designed to improve project transparency, coordination, operational control, and design validation across complex infrastructure environments. The partnership combines Nemetschek Group’s global software ecosystem, including technologies from Graphisoft, Allplan, Bluebeam, and Solibri, with NCCCL’s extensive construction execution experience built over several decades in the Indian market.

As part of the initiative, pilot projects are being launched across major developments including Runwal Group’s RMall project in Dombivli and L&T Realty’s Mahim development in Mumbai. These projects are expected to serve as scalable benchmarks for digital construction implementation in India.

The collaboration will also introduce Nemetschek’s Bluebeam platform to improve real-time collaboration, documentation management, workflow integration, and stakeholder coordination throughout project lifecycles. Speaking about the partnership, Alok Sharma, Managing Director and Vice President, Nemetschek Group India, said the construction industry is undergoing rapid transformation where integrated digital workflows are becoming essential for improving project predictability, operational efficiency, and execution quality.

He noted that the collaboration with NCCCL is focused on embedding BIM-driven methodologies into large-scale project execution to support data-led decision-making and streamlined delivery processes. Mahesh Mudda, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of NCCCL, said increasing project complexity across sectors requires structured digital practices capable of improving quality management, schedule adherence, and operational transparency.

He added that the partnership will strengthen NCCCL’s digital engineering capabilities while enabling greater precision and control across infrastructure execution activities. In addition to project deployment, the partnership includes extensive capability-building programmes aimed at strengthening digital expertise within the construction ecosystem. These initiatives include specialised training sessions, technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing programmes designed to equip NCCCL’s engineering and project teams with advanced BIM and digital construction capabilities.

Industry analysts note that India’s construction and infrastructure sectors are witnessing growing adoption of digital technologies including BIM, digital twins, AI-enabled project management, and cloud-based collaboration platforms as developers and contractors seek improved efficiency, cost optimisation, and faster execution cycles.

Nemetschek Group is a global provider of software solutions for the architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AEC/O) industries, supporting digital transformation across planning, design, construction, and facility management processes.
