Namma Yatri, an open mobility platform built on ONDC principles, has entered into a strategic partnership with OneBanc, an AI-driven Employer Money Tracking System for payroll, benefits, and expense management. The collaboration aims to address inefficiencies in corporate mobility, a major yet poorly standardised area of enterprise spending in India.
Through the partnership, companies can manage employee travel, policy checks, expense capture, invoicing, and reconciliation within a single automated workflow. Employees benefit from predictable pricing and simpler bookings, finance teams receive clean and compliant data, and drivers continue to earn without commissions under Namma Yatri’s operating model.
This marks the first rollout of Namma Yatri’s Corporate Ride Benefits, extending its open-network approach to enterprise travel. Rides booked through the platform are automatically recorded within OneBanc’s system, verifying trip details, policy compliance, timestamps, and GST documentation without manual effort.
Shan MS, COO and Co-founder of Namma Yatri, said the partnership reflects shared values around transparency and accountability. He added that the integration helps simplify corporate travel for employees while giving finance teams clearer visibility and drivers fair earnings.
Vibhore Goyal, Co-founder and CEO of OneBanc, said Namma Yatri’s driver-first and transparent operating model aligns well with OneBanc’s focus on automation and compliance. He noted that the integration provides enterprises with accurate trip data, reliable invoicing, and reduced administrative work.
According to Deloitte, India’s enterprise travel and expense market is valued at $11–13 billion annually, with local transport accounting for $2.5–3 billion. Despite this scale, companies continue to face inconsistent pricing, mark-ups, and manual reconciliation.
A six-month analysis across a 9,500-employee technology services firm found that corporate fares on common routes were, on average, 32% higher than personal bookings on traditional platforms. By moving to transparent pricing and automated processing, the company projected annual savings of over $10 million and a reduction in reconciliation effort of nearly 78%. The partnership will initially focus on large enterprises with distributed workforces in major cities and is expected to expand across sectors such as IT services, BFSI, manufacturing, and shared services.
Namma Yatri operates as a zero-commission, driver-first mobility platform, supporting multiple state and city transport initiatives across India. OneBanc provides enterprises with automated systems for payroll, benefits, and expense management, designed to improve compliance and employee experience.
