Mitsubishi Electric India has introduced a new mobile training initiative, known as MEET (Mitsubishi Electric Express Training), aimed at enhancing technical expertise among its air conditioning service partners in northern India. The specially designed training van will travel to multiple locations, offering on-site instruction on the installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis of air conditioners and compressors. The program is set to reach over 200 partner locations during the 2025–26 financial year, covering states such as Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir.
Speaking about the launch, Neeraj Gupta, Deputy Head of the Air Conditioning Systems division, said: “This initiative gives our partners direct access to hands-on training without needing to travel. It’s a step forward in helping our teams across regions deliver consistent and high-quality service to customers.”
By bringing structured, practical training directly to field technicians and engineers, Mitsubishi Electric India aims to raise service standards and build deeper technical familiarity with its product range. The sessions will cover both theory and real-world application, helping partner staff become more self-reliant and skilled. The MEET van is fully equipped with tools and training materials, acting as a mobile classroom to bridge the gap between product knowledge and service performance in the field.
