This achievement underscores the company’s strong focus on information security, risk control, and continuous improvement in alignment with international standards across its corporate office and manufacturing facilities in India.
The certification covers the production of PP/PET/PET-G films, rigid packaging, specialty chemicals, window films, and paint protection films. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 serves as a comprehensive framework for identifying and mitigating potential risks, establishing protective measures, and strengthening information security processes. It highlights the importance of proactive risk management and advanced threat intelligence to ensure organizational resilience against emerging challenges.

Earlier this year, Cosmo Specialty Chemicals—a wholly owned subsidiary of Cosmo First—and Cosmo Sunshield, the company’s window film business, were also awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification for their Quality Management Systems. This recognition reflects their consistent focus on excellence in the design, development, manufacturing, and delivery of adhesives, coatings, masterbatches, and window films at the Waluj, Aurangabad facility in the MIDC industrial area.
