Milvus Robotics has announced the launch of its latest industrial automation solution, the SEIT F1500S. Engineered for modern manufacturing and warehouse environments, this stacker-type autonomous mobile robot (AMR) is designed to improve efficiency, enhance safety, and enable fully autonomous material handling operations.
The SEIT F1500S is developed to replace manual and error-prone workflows with a reliable, automated system suited for dynamic and high-mix production settings. With a payload capacity of 1,500 kg (3,500 lbs) and a lifting height of up to 2.70 meters (8.86 ft), the system supports a wide range of intralogistics tasks. Its ability to operate at high speeds while navigating narrow aisles and busy corridors allows for efficient, uninterrupted material flow without the need for fixed infrastructure such as floor markers or magnetic guides.
Designed for flexibility, the F1500S performs complex tasks including automated floor-to-shelf and shelf-to-floor transfers. It ensures accurate pickup, transport, and placement of materials, supporting both standard pallets and custom load carriers. The system also integrates with other automated solutions such as conveyors, enabling continuous, 24/7 warehouse operations.
A key feature of the SEIT F1500S is its advanced perception and safety architecture. It incorporates a spherical 3D perception system combined with LiDAR and camera fusion technology to detect pallet types, positions, and conditions with high precision. This enables consistent performance even in environments with varying pallet structures or human activity. Additionally, a dedicated fork sensor continuously monitors the area behind loads, identifying obstacles or movement prior to lifting, thereby enhancing operational safety.
Samil Ozden, CEO of Milvus Robotics, stated that the solution is designed to deliver full autonomy in fast-paced industrial environments where workflows frequently change. He noted that the system provides a practical pathway toward scalable and fully automated material handling. The SEIT F1500S will be demonstrated live at MODEX 2026, where it will showcase real-time material handling capabilities.
