Mills CNC, the exclusive distributor of DN Solutions and Zayer in the UK and Ireland, has announced its participation at MACH 2026, presenting 11 multi-axis and multi-tasking machine tools alongside three SYNERGi automation systems. Mills CNC will host visitors at Hall 19, Stand 110, highlighting the latest innovations in high-productivity manufacturing solutions for component manufacturers.
The exhibition will feature ten DN Solutions machines, including several making their MACH Show debuts, illustrating the breadth of the company’s milling and mill-turn offerings. Key milling highlights include the DVF series of simultaneous 5-axis machining centres, featuring two DVF 4000 models and a DVF 5000Mk II, equipped with Fanuc CUFOS or Siemens ONE controls. The DVF 5000Mk II will feature a multi-level automatic workpiece pallet-changer (AWC), enhancing productivity and operational flexibility.
For the first time at MACH, Mills CNC will present the NHP 5000 horizontal machining centre integrated with a linear pallet system, a modular multi-pallet automation solution designed for high-throughput operations. Additional milling highlights include the Siemens-controlled DNM 4500 and Heidenhain-controlled DNM 6700 from DN Solutions’ 4th-generation DNM 3-axis vertical machining centre range.
The lathe portfolio will include the Lynx 2100SYA (Y-axis, sub-spindle, driven tooling) and the TT2100SYYB twin-turret/twin-spindle machine, both offering one-hit, multi-tasking capabilities for rapid part processing. The lineup is further complemented by the heavy-duty 18” chuck Puma PV6300M vertical turning lathe.
Mills CNC will also showcase two multi-tasking mill-turn machines: the DNX 2100SB entry-level model, equipped with dual spindles, a 12,000 rpm B-axis milling spindle, and a 60-tool ATC, alongside the larger SMX 2100STB, a 9-axis mill-turn centre with dual opposing spindles and a high-speed B-axis milling spindle. Zayer’s large-capacity ARION horizontal bridge-type milling machine, with a rigid box-guideway design, 2000 mm column spacing, 24 kW/6,000 rpm spindle, and a 3,000 x 2,600 x 1,100 mm work envelope, will be displayed for high-complexity aerospace, automotive, and mould applications.
The SYNERGi automation zone will feature three advanced workpiece load/unload systems with next-generation 3D AI-powered machine vision solutions, demonstrating Mills CNC’s capabilities in building fully automated, flexible manufacturing cells.
Additionally, the CNC Training Academy will showcase digital twin technology and training courses for Fanuc/CUFOS, Siemens, Heidenhain, and CAD/CAM software, supporting operator and programmer skill development.
Tony Dale, Group CEO of Mills CNC, said: “MACH is a pivotal event for us. Our stand combines cutting-edge automation, multi-tasking machine tools, and immersive training solutions, providing visitors with a comprehensive view of our technology and capabilities. We’re proud to deliver a showcase designed to inspire and demonstrate real manufacturing excellence.”
