FCH has announced the completion of its acquisition of Axiflow Technologies, a specialized manufacturer of sanitary twin-screw pump systems serving the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors. The transaction strengthens FCH’s position as a technology-focused provider of hygienic and high-purity fluid handling solutions.

Axiflow is known for its proprietary twin-screw pump technology engineered for demanding sanitary processing environments where product integrity, reliability and cleanability are essential. Its systems are designed to meet stringent hygiene and performance standards required in regulated industries. With the addition of Axiflow, FCH expands its technical portfolio and enhances its ability to support complex process applications requiring precision and consistency.

Axiflow will continue to operate with commercial autonomy, retaining its established sales organization, customer relationships and engineering focus. Its technical and manufacturing teams will collaborate with FCH’s broader network of experts to strengthen application support, expand innovation capabilities and ensure long-term product availability.

Scott Kerns, Chief Executive Officer of FCH, said the acquisition reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering advanced solutions for sanitary process markets. He noted that combining Axiflow’s specialized twin-screw pump expertise with FCH’s operational resources will enable faster response times, expanded product offerings and enhanced service levels, while preserving the customer-centric approach and engineering strength that define Axiflow.

The acquisition marks the ninth add-on investment since Audax Private Equity acquired FCH in 2022. It reflects FCH’s ongoing strategy of investing in proprietary technologies and manufacturing capabilities that serve critical applications across hygienic and high-performance process industries.

FCH specializes in highly engineered sanitary and high-purity flow components used in essential applications, including food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical production and data center cooling infrastructure. The company focuses on delivering durable, precision-built products that meet rigorous operational and regulatory requirements.

Audax Private Equity, based in Boston and San Francisco, is a middle-market investment firm with approximately $16 billion in assets under management. Since its founding in 1999, the firm has invested in more than 160 platform companies and completed over 1,200 add-on acquisitions.

Audax Private Equity is part of Audax Group, an alternative investment manager with approximately $36 billion in assets under management. The integration of Axiflow further positions FCH for continued growth in global hygienic processing markets, supported by focused investment and operational scale.
