Matsuura Machinery Corporation has announced its largest-ever presence at MACH, returning to the NEC Birmingham for MACH 2026 with an expanded showcase of advanced automation, live 5-axis machining, and industrial additive manufacturing technologies. Exhibiting at Stand 20-130, Matsuura will highlight its leadership in high-precision CNC machining through a lineup of cutting-edge systems.

A key focus will be the MAM72-70V PC6, a high-performance multi-axis machining centre designed for demanding applications in aerospace, medical, motorsport, and precision engineering sectors. Equipped with an integrated pallet system, the machine enables single-setup machining of large, complex components, delivering high spindle utilization, exceptional accuracy, and reliable unmanned production.

Also featured will be the MX-520T PC7, a versatile 5-axis milling and turning centre capable of live metal cutting demonstrations during the event. Designed for high-mix, low-volume production environments, the system combines accessibility, automation readiness, and precision performance suited for subcontractors and OEMs.

Visitors will also see the MX-330 PC10 in action, showcasing Matsuura’s proven 10-pallet automation platform. Widely adopted by UK manufacturers, the system demonstrates efficient and cost-effective unmanned 5-axis machining in real-world production scenarios. In addition, the Muratec MT200GT2 twin spindle lathe will be on display, highlighting high-speed and high-accuracy turning capabilities within modern automated manufacturing environments.

Matsuura will further emphasize its expertise in additive manufacturing as a reseller of HP industrial 3D printing solutions. The showcase will include the debut of an HP FDM 3D printer, alongside the HP MJF 5420 platform and HP IF 3D Printer 600 HT, offering a broad range of material capabilities and applications.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore real customer components and learn how additive manufacturing can be integrated with CNC machining to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance profitability. Throughout the exhibition, Matsuura’s technical experts will provide insights into automation strategies, unmanned machining, and return on investment across various manufacturing sectors.
