Maruti Suzuki India Limited has announced the addition of 502 new service touchpoints during the financial year 2025–26, marking the largest expansion of its after-sales network in a single year. With this milestone, the company’s total service network now stands at 5,926 touchpoints, spanning 3,000 cities and towns across India.

The expansion reflects Maruti Suzuki’s continued focus on strengthening customer support throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle. The newly added facilities include a mix of ARENA and NEXA workshops, Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Points (MSSSP), as well as mobile formats such as Service-on-Wheels and Bodyshop-on-Wheels. This multi-format approach is designed to ensure accessibility and convenience, catering to customers in urban centres as well as remote and up-country locations.

Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director and CEO of Maruti Suzuki India Limited, highlighted the importance of service accessibility in enhancing customer confidence. He noted that customers value the assurance of readily available service and spare parts, regardless of location. As customer expectations evolve, the company continues to invest in expanding its reach and introducing flexible service options, including doorstep servicing and on-the-go support during travel.

Maruti Suzuki’s service network has grown steadily over the decades. The company established its first service workshop in 1983 and reached 1,000 touchpoints by 1997. In May 2024, it crossed the 5,000 mark, and over the past five financial years, nearly 2,000 new touchpoints have been added in collaboration with network partners. This accelerated growth underscores the company’s commitment to building a robust and responsive service infrastructure.

Looking ahead, Maruti Suzuki has set a target of expanding its service network to approximately 8,000 touchpoints by the financial year 2030–31. The ongoing expansion is expected to further strengthen its ability to serve a diverse and growing customer base across the country.

By combining physical workshops with mobile service solutions, Maruti Suzuki aims to deliver a seamless ownership experience. The company’s strategy focuses on improving reach, reducing service turnaround times, and ensuring consistent quality across all locations. This record expansion reinforces Maruti Suzuki’s position as one of India’s most extensive automotive service networks, supporting millions of customers with reliable and accessible after-sales care.
