Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL), one of India’s leading integrated logistics and mobility solutions providers, has reported strong financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with robust growth in revenue and profitability driven by improved operational performance across its logistics, express and mobility businesses.
For the first quarter of FY27, the company posted consolidated revenue of ₹2,003 crore, registering a 23% year-on-year increase and a 12% rise over the previous quarter. EBITDA grew 51% to ₹115 crore, reflecting better operating efficiencies, improved customer profitability and disciplined cost management.
The company reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹25.4 crore, compared with a loss of ₹10.8 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. PAT also improved sequentially from ₹20.2 crore reported in the fourth quarter of FY26, marking the fourth consecutive quarter of profitability improvement. Diluted earnings per share increased to ₹2.55 from a loss per share of ₹1.44 in Q1 FY26.
Mahindra Logistics said the performance was supported by broad-based growth across its Contract Logistics, Express and Mobility businesses. The Contract Logistics segment recorded 26% year-on-year revenue growth, while EBITDA increased 31%. The company attributed the improvement to higher operating efficiencies, better cost control, stronger customer-level profitability and operating leverage.
The Express business continued its turnaround, recording 58% year-on-year revenue growth and 10% sequential growth. Improved shipment volumes and better pricing contributed to higher margins and EBITDA for the fourth consecutive quarter. Within the segment, the Last Mile Delivery business reported EBITDA of ₹2.6 crore, compared with a loss of ₹0.5 crore in the same period last year. Revenue in this business declined 16% as the company intentionally reduced exposure to lower-margin customers in favour of improving profitability.
The Mobility business also delivered strong growth, with revenue increasing 38% year-on-year, supported by new customer additions in the business-to-business segment. EBITDA for the division grew 8% during the quarter. The company’s warehousing network also expanded during the quarter, with warehouse space under management increasing to 21.9 million square feet following the addition of 1.52 million square feet of new facilities for customers across different industries.
Commenting on the results, Hemant Sikka, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra Logistics Limited, said the company has moved from a phase of business transformation to one of sustained growth. He said stronger revenue, improved profitability and better business fundamentals reflect disciplined execution, operational excellence and a sharper focus on profitable growth.
He added that growth during the quarter was driven by continued momentum in the Contract Logistics business, significant progress in the Express business turnaround and increasing demand from e-commerce and quick commerce customers. The company remains focused on technology-led logistics solutions, operational efficiency and delivering superior customer experience while pursuing its long-term goal of becoming India’s leading logistics services provider.
