Liftech Group Bhd, a specialist in industrial lifting and material handling solutions, has secured a RM25 million contract to provide a comprehensive material handling system for an aerospace-related test cell facility in Sepang, Selangor. The contract was awarded by AME Construction Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Main Market-listed AME Elite Consortium Bhd, to Liftech Engineering (KL) Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Liftech Group. Under the agreement, Liftech Engineering will be responsible for the design, supply, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of the material handling system for the main building works of the aerospace test cell facility.
The project scope includes the design and supply of bridge cranes with runway rail tracks, dual hoist carriers, auto-grab systems, trolley hoists, monorail systems, bus bars, electrical components, and related installation, testing, and commissioning works. The project will be executed in phases, with Phase 1 targeted for completion by January 18, 2027, followed by Phase 2 scheduled for completion by March 15, 2027. The contract strengthens Liftech Group’s position as a provider of specialized lifting and handling solutions for advanced industrial applications, particularly in sectors requiring high levels of engineering precision, reliability, and safety.
