Siemens Energy India Limited (SEIL) reported a strong performance for Q4 FY2025, posting a 27% rise in revenue to INR 2,646 crore and a 31% increase in Profit After Tax to INR 360 crore. The order backlog reached INR 16,205 crore, a 47% surge versus FY2024. The Board has also proposed a 200% dividend, amounting to INR 4 per equity share of face value INR 2.

Orders remained steady during the quarter, largely due to the shift of several orders into Q3 FY2025—reflected in the substantial year-on-year growth in the September 2025 order book. Profit margins were influenced by a higher proportion of project-related revenue.

SEIL marked FY2025 with major accomplishments, highlighted by the successful separation of Siemens Limited’s Energy Business and the subsequent listing of SEIL on the BSE and NSE. This move created a dedicated energy technology enterprise covering the full energy value chain, enhancing focus, responsiveness, and shareholder value.

India’s rising electricity requirements—driven by consumption growth, public investment, industrial expansion, and the rapid build-out of data centers—continue to fuel demand. To support this upswing, SEIL is expanding its transformer and switchgear manufacturing capacity and has inaugurated a modern Industrial Steam Turbine Service Centre in Raipur.

Guilherme Mendonca, Managing Director and CEO of SEIL, noted that the company delivered another robust quarter, supported by operational discipline and a strong order book. He emphasized the company’s dedication to supporting India’s energy transition and contributing to the Aatmanirbhar Bharat vision. SEIL remains committed to delivering high-value energy technology across power generation, heat systems, transmission, storage, hydrogen-ready hybrid plants, turbines, generators, and transformers.
