KPIT Technologies has released its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of FY25, showing strong performance and meeting its improved profitability goal. In FY25, KPIT Technologies reported annual revenue of USD 691 million, reflecting a strong constant currency growth of 18.7%. The company achieved an EBITDA margin of 21%, marking a 24% increase compared to the previous year. Growth was driven by continued momentum in software-defined vehicles (SDVs), increased activity in the Asian market, and rising demand in the passenger car segment.
For the fourth quarter of FY25, KPIT recorded revenue of USD 177 million, with a 15% year-over-year increase in constant currency and an 11.5% rise in USD terms. The EBITDA margin for the quarter was 21.1%, showing a year-over-year growth of 18.4% and a 3.5% improvement from the previous quarter.
This quarter marked the 19th consecutive period of growth in both revenue and profit, underlining KPIT’s consistent performance. The company also secured new deals worth USD 280 million during Q4, highlighting continued client confidence and strong business momentum. KPIT has announced a collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI) to speed up the development of software-defined vehicles.
Ravi Pandit, Co-founder and Chairman, said KPIT’s steady focus on mobility, particularly in the passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle sectors, and its expansion in China and India, positions the company well to support its clients in a fast-changing industry.
Kishor Patil, Co-founder, CEO and MD, highlighted KPIT’s 19 quarters of uninterrupted growth. He noted that investments in AI, automation, tools, and new markets are helping the company respond to global shifts in vehicle development.
Sachin Tikekar, President and Joint MD, said that building close partnerships with clients and expanding into adjacent areas like trucks and off-highway vehicles have paid off. Recent deal wins, including with Mercedes-Benz, and strong interest shown at international events like CES and Bharat Mobility, show continued momentum.
