Kellton, an AI-led digital transformation and enterprise technology consulting company, has been selected by a leading US healthcare administration and claims management company to design and develop an AI-driven enterprise claims management platform. The project will modernize the client’s claims operations by bringing healthcare, dental and workers’ compensation claims onto a unified digital platform. The new architecture will replace multiple disconnected systems and workflows, covering the claims journey from digital submission and verification to review, workflow management and settlement.

The platform will serve as a central technology hub within the client’s wider operating environment. It will connect with provider networks, policy administration systems, billing platforms and payment services, allowing information to move more efficiently between stakeholders involved in claims processing.

By consolidating fragmented systems, data and workflows, the platform is expected to improve operational visibility, reduce administrative complexity and support faster claims processing. It will also establish a scalable foundation for artificial intelligence and intelligent automation across claims operations.

The project is being developed for a highly regulated healthcare environment, where accuracy, data integrity, auditability and system reliability are critical. Kellton will combine enterprise engineering, systems integration and AI capabilities to create a platform capable of supporting complex claims processes while maintaining the controls required for mission-critical healthcare operations.

Karanjit Singh, CEO APAC, Kellton, said the healthcare sector is at an important stage in its adoption of artificial intelligence, but successful implementation depends on modern data, systems and workflows. “Claims management is a strong example of this complexity, requiring multiple stakeholders, regulated data and interconnected processes to work seamlessly together. This engagement reflects our ability to bring that complexity onto an integrated, scalable foundation and create the architecture required for AI-driven operations,” he said.

Mr Singh added that Kellton aims to help healthcare organizations improve operational efficiency while creating a clear path for converting AI investments into measurable business outcomes. The engagement further expands Kellton’s capabilities in healthcare technology and reflects the company’s focus on helping enterprises modernize complex operating environments. The platform will provide the underlying digital infrastructure needed to support future AI applications as the client continues to transform its claims operations.

Kellton works with enterprises on digital transformation, technology modernization and intelligent automation. Its capabilities cover cloud, data, artificial intelligence, enterprise platforms and digital product engineering. The company has more than 2,000 professionals across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
